Champion’s in London

About a week ago, we were invited to the opening party of iconic brand Champion in London, Brewer Street. Our brand friend Flohio would be performing and we got to see an array of merchandise laid out in the store. Champion has always been one of our favourite brands, heralded for its quality and simplicity. The brand showcased our beloved reverse weaves as well as collaborations with Wood Wood which featured a stylish coach jacket that we’ve been pinning for ever since. They also displaying an array of sneakers that we would love to bless our feet with!

The store layout is slick and keeps your eyes focused on the products. There is ample space to move around which is just as well as the opening party hosted 100s of fashion & PR guests, from the likes of streetwear creator Rav Matharu, to Sneaker Enthusiast and Stylist Kitty Cowell.

With Prosecco and beers on tap, Female artist Flohio took to the stage performing a number of tunes to get the crowd amped up for the after party taking place at The Welsh Chapel. Flohio, dressed in a Salmon Pink Reverse Weave Sweatshirt and camo ensemble, impressed the crowd with a catchy beat and effortless flow.

With the event finishing at 9, it was on to the Champion after party where cocktails and prosseco was being served, dance tunes banging, and merchandise being given out. Guests had the choice of green, navy or white T-shirts with Champion embroidered across them (these went very quickly) these came with stickers ans badges also!

The event soon became packed and we got to chat to a few guests such as Singer Fleur East, Entrepreneur Jamal Edwards, and Basement personality Magnus Ronning. The event was brimming with fashion designers, creatives, and friends of Champion, all having a good time and welcoming the brand to London.  We look forward to seeing more Champion collaborations in the city perhaps even with brands we’ve worked with!

A special thank you to the team at Exposure London for hosting us especially Amy Bolser. Also thank you to the management at Champion, Michael, Nayna and Phillip.
