The art of Sanjaku

Before we go into this, we just want to say shout out to The Basement for bringing this brand to our attention. Sanjaku has shot to popularity with its latest summer drop that has us feeling fresh to death. The colour blocked pallets features both pastel and bold tees that are perfect in their simplicity. The embroidered japanese stitching gives the T-shirt a quality look. These could easily be teamed with some Val Kristopher denims or Dickies and a pair of vans for a relaxed and clean look, or even teamed with some trousers and Doc Martens. This is not the first we’ve seen of Sanjaku, their SS 17 drop was the brand’s first introduction to the UK fashion scene with the release of a japanese inspired embroidered hoodie which showcased their artistic flair. At this rate we won’t be surprised if Sanjaku begin to collaborate with other brands, a Sanjaku x United Arrows collaboration perhaps? (hint hint). Sanjaku has perfected the art of Japanese inspiration without overdoing it and remaining authentic, and we’re here for it!
